Expat Management & Ethnic Entrepreneurship
European College of Polytechnics is collaborating with local partners on this Local Initiative project focused on expat management and ethnic entrepreneurship. The project supports expats in building sustainable businesses within local communities, contributing to Estonia’s economy. ECP’s role includes knowledge sharing, training, and helping enhance the growth and scalability of expat-led businesses.
Interculturalism & Integration
European College of Polytechnics, as a collaborating agent in the European Social Fund+ project, supports newly arrived individuals—expats, refugees, and those with international protection backgrounds. By offering practical guidance and sharing knowledge, the aim is to help individuals adapt to life in Estonia and contribute meaningfully to Estonian society.
